On June 13th, the 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference (SNEC 2024) opened in Shanghai. The company and Shanghai Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Electric Power Construction") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, marking the deep cooperation between the two sides in the field of new energy in the future, and jointly promoting the development and application of new energy technology.
On the morning of June 7, the party branch of Jinhai Co., Ltd. held a party meeting (enlarged) meeting and a special learning session on the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment and the Regulations on the Punishment of Managers of State owned Enterprises. Zhang Zhengqiang, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Three Gorges Capital, was invited to deeply analyze the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Action and the Regulations of the State owned Enterprise Managers on Disciplinary Action. The meeting was chaired by Shi Hui, Secretary of the Party Branch of Jinhai Group, and all Party members, active party members, and middle-level and above cadres of Jinhai Group attended the meeting.
On June 3rd, Gansu Newanjie New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinhai Group, obtained approval from State Grid Gansu Provincial Power Company for the access system of the Gulang 50 MW wind power project, marking a crucial progress in the project's grid access.
From May 30th to 31st, Peng Ke, Chairman of Jinhai Group, and his delegation visited the wind turbine concrete tower new energy equipment manufacturing project and Jinhai Gulang 50000 kW wind power construction project in Gulang County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. They also visited Su Guobo, Deputy Mayor of Wuwei City and Secretary of Gulang County Committee, and Yang Qiwei, Deputy Secretary and County Mayor of Gulang County, and reported on the progress of Jinhai Group's investment project in Gulang. County leaders Xu Lifeng, Tang Wen, Liu Aiguo, Yao Dejun, Li Tao, the main person in charge of the county's industrial concentration area Bai Yuchun, and the deputy general manager of Jinhai Group Shen Weiming participated in relevant exchanges.
On May 24th, Peng Ke, Chairman of Jinhai Group, and Huang Zhangyu, General Manager, were invited to participate in the Hongtai Fund inspection team. On May 22nd, Feng Yiming, Director of the Management Committee of Baishan Economic Development Zone in Jilin Province, and his delegation visited Jinhai Jiangsu Company for research and guidance. Vice General Managers of Jinhai, Shi Hui, Wang Haigang, and others received them, and the two sides held discussions and exchanges on further strengthening cooperation. Shen Wu, a second level researcher from the Development and Reform Commission of Baishan City, Jilin Province, and Hou Jinting from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Baishan Economic Development Zone attended the symposium.
From May 18th to 19th, the founding ceremony and the first academic seminar of the New Energy System Infrastructure Research Institute of Tongji University were held at the School of Civil Engineering of Tongji University in Shanghai. On May 17th, the one-year anniversary celebration of the Wind Power Hybrid Tower Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association arrived as scheduled, and industry experts and scholars gathered together to discuss and exchange new directions for the future of Chinese hybrid towers. On May 14th, Peng Ke, Chairman of Jinhai Group, and Huang Zhangyu, General Manager, visited the main leaders of Funing Economic Development Zone in Funing. They had discussions and exchanges with Ding Xiaohu, Standing Committee Member of Funing County Committee and Secretary of the Development Zone Party Working Committee, and Liu Zhaodong, Director of the Development Zone Management Committee, on further deepening government enterprise cooperation and accelerating the promotion of Jinhai's technological innovation projects in Funing.
On the morning of May 14th, Jinhai Group organized a meeting for the new chairman and new general manager, as well as a meeting for cadres and employees, in Funing, Jiangsu. More than 60 people, including Peng Ke, the new chairman of Jinhai Group, Huang Zhangyu, the new general manager, the leadership team of the company, middle-level leaders of various departments and subsidiaries, party member representatives, and employee representatives, attended the meeting. Huang Zhangyu presided over the meeting.
On March 16th, the 2017 performance evaluation mobilization meeting of the company was held in Jinhai, Jiangsu. Mr. Shi Hui, Deputy General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhou Guojun, Deputy Director of the Administrative Management Center of the company, mobilized and deployed the performance evaluation management work of the company in 2017, and provided a detailed introduction to the implementation plan and basic process of the performance evaluation.
