Announcement of soliciting suppliers for logistics and transportation service projects in 2026

Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2007. Its parent company is located in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with its Shanghai headquarters situated in Hongkou District, Shanghai, and its Jiangsu headquarters in Funing County, Yancheng City. The company spans an area of approximately over 600 acres. Its main products include anchor bolt assemblies, counter-balanced flanges, concrete towers, and truss-type towers.

Due to business development needs, we are now openly soliciting suppliers for logistics and transportation service projects. Qualified and eligible suppliers are welcome to participate and register. Specific requirements and procedures are as follows:

1. Scope of solicitation

1.1 Call for logistics and transportation suppliers for cooperation in 2026.

1.2 The estimated annual transportation weight for 2026 is 30,000 tons, with the specific weight to be determined based on the bidding weight of each project.

1.3 Successfully shortlisted suppliers will sign an annual framework agreement and be invited to participate in bidding on the online mini-program platform. Based on the bidding ranking, the first-place bidder will be awarded the contract. Invited units will be notified in advance of each online project bidding session.

1.4 Based on the specific project bidding information, the number of vehicles quoted, and the type of vehicles quoted, the winning bidder shall immediately provide transportation vehicles (13-meter flatbed trucks, 9.6-meter flatbed trucks, extra-wide vehicles, etc.) and corresponding transportation services that meet the specifications upon receiving the loading instructions, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the subject matter to the designated location.

1.4 Origin: Jiangsu Factory: No. 36, Xiexin Avenue, Funing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu; Inner Mongolia Factory: No. 85, Xingfu South Road, Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone, Inner Mongolia.

1.5 The destinations are spread across the country, mainly in Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Guangxi, Guizhou, Xinjiang, and other regions. The specific locations will be determined based on the bidding address of each project.

1.6 Service Period: From January 20, 2026 to January 19, 2027. Upon expiration, a re-evaluation will be conducted.

IV. Qualification Requirements

4.1 Possess the qualifications of an independent legal entity, have the ability to independently bear civil liability, and be able to provide a photocopy of the business license with a unified social credit code. The business scope of the business license must include logistics, freight transportation, and other related businesses.

4.2 Possess a legal and valid "Road Transport Business License".

4.3 Possess experience in similar services, and provide performance proof documents (copy of contract).

4.4 Not included in the list of dishonesty enterprises published on the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" or "Credit China" website.

4.5 This project is only open for registration by a single entity and does not accept participation from any form of consortium.

V. Requirements for materials submitted by collecting units

5.1 The solicitation unit must provide a photocopy of the duplicate of its business license (including the unified social credit code, with the business scope clearly legible) and affix its official seal.

5.2 The solicitation unit must provide relevant performance contracts or other carrier vouchers, with official seals affixed.

5.3 The soliciting entity shall provide a screenshot of the query result showing no record of dishonesty on the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" or the "Credit China" website.

5.4 The solicitation unit must provide financial statements (including balance sheet and income statement, stamped with official seal) for the past year.

5.5 The solicitation unit is required to provide the "Supplier Basic Information Form" (see attachment for details).

5.6 Other supplementary materials (optional): Certificate of corporate tax credit rating (such as A-level, B-level), company organizational chart, core business rules and regulations, maritime operation specifications, instructions or screenshots of information management systems (such as freight forwarding management system, logistics tracking system), etc.

VI. Qualification review

6.1 Applicants should submit their application materials in accordance with the aforementioned collection methods, collection time, and material requirements. Late submissions or incomplete submissions may result in the rejection of the applicant's application materials/documents.

6.2 Qualified applicants after qualification review will be included in the alternative list for transportation business bidding invitation, sign annual framework agreements, and participate in project bidding.
