Recently, Jinhai Corporation held the 2025 Summer Safety Work Conference and the First Half Year Safety Work Summary Meeting. The conference thoroughly studied and implemented the important expositions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production, conscientiously carried out the decisions and deployments of governments at all levels on safety production, studied the current work situation, and arranged key tasks for safety production in the near future.

In the first half of the year, Jinhai Corporation conducted various safety production month activities centered around the theme of "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Find Potential Safety Hazards Around You", including in-depth safety hazard investigations, safety fire drills, and safety production knowledge contests.

The meeting emphasized the need to improve the safety production management system, regularly revise it to ensure safety production, assign responsibilities to individuals for all work, and thoroughly investigate and rectify safety hazards. The second is to strengthen the assessment and incentive of safety production, implement the reward and punishment work, organize the selection of "safety advanced individuals", "safety advanced collectives" and other safety advanced models, and play the role of advanced and exemplary leaders. The third is to strengthen the publicity of safety work, enhance the awareness of safety production among all staff, conduct research on national safety production laws, regulations, national policies, etc., understand the spirit of the documents, timely convey and organize learning, and do a good job in safety warning work. The fourth is to strengthen the integration of current safety work and business sectors, and to implement corresponding safety management measures in conjunction with business sectors, such as on-site supervision of truss tower elevators and hybrid tower projects.
The meeting requires, firstly, to elevate the political stance, with high standards and strict requirements, to make every effort to do a good job in the investigation and governance of safety hazards. All functional departments must fulfill their responsibilities for hazard investigation within their business scope. The second is to enhance on-site management of engineering projects. All units should work together to carefully identify loopholes and weak links in safety management, and develop targeted management measures. Thirdly, as it is currently the height of summer, all units should implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, pay attention to positions with high temperature fatigue and high labor intensity, and ensure the supply of heatstroke prevention drugs and drinking water, as well as the normal operation of cooling equipment. The fourth is to continuously promote the construction of safety culture in the team, strengthen the management of pre shift and post shift meetings, optimize standardized operation processes, improve the incentive and restraint mechanism for safety production, promote the continuous improvement of the company's safety production management level, and lay a solid foundation for the stable development of the company.
Company leaders, assistant general manager, department heads of secondary units and above, middle-level cadres, full-time safety management personnel, and employee representatives attended the meeting.
