On March 3rd, the 2021 Technical Seminar of Jinhai Group was successfully held, with the main venue in Funing, Jiangsu and the branch venue in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. During the seminar, attendees listened to the production capacity analysis reports of Baotou and Jiangsu production bases, and discussed the technical, process, and quality issues encountered in the production, transportation, and installation processes of the company's main products, such as reverse balance flanges and prestressed anchor bolt assemblies, as well as solutions. And discussions were conducted on the trend of large-scale wind turbines, cost optimization of traditional products, and planning and suggestions for future research and development directions of wind power structures.

At the meeting, Professor Ma Renle provided technical comments and guidance on the welding process and anti deformation measures at the connection points of anchor plates, stiffeners, flange plates, and cylinder section plates mentioned by the technical personnel. We should seek innovation in practice, seize opportunities in innovation, and actively develop large-scale and large-diameter connection products for offshore wind turbines; We affirm the prospects of replaceable prestressed anchor bolts in the wind power market, as the product has good fatigue resistance and outstanding advantages in fatigue resistance compared to other products in the market. At the same time, Professor Ma also affirmed Jinhai Group's concrete tower products and suggested applying this technology to projects such as building elevator shafts.

At the meeting, Chairman Yangzhou analyzed and commented on various technical solutions, expressed gratitude for the achievements made by everyone over the years, and hoped that everyone would dare to innovate in product quality improvement, technological innovation, process optimization, technical guidance, technical services, cost control, and other aspects.
