  • Release of recruitment information

    The human resources department of the company releases personnel demand information through a unified recruitment channel.

  • Resume screening

    The Human Resources Department conducts preliminary resume screening based on the job description of the recruited position, and recommends qualified candidates to various employing departments.

  • Personnel Interview

    The human resources department of the company issues a preliminary trial notice to the selected personnel. And responsible for organizing and implementing the initial trial. The relevant department heads shall also participate in the preliminary examination and fill in the preliminary examination opinions.

  • Re examination

    The Human Resources Department organizes relevant system leaders to participate in the interview based on the initial interview opinions, and the system leader fills in the interview opinions.

  • Approval

    The Human Resources Department determines the specific approval process for personnel recruitment based on the company's hierarchical authorization management regulations.

  • Recruitment
