3. Main responsibilities
(1) Assist company leaders in product technology and quality control, and translate various documents for international projects.
(2) Responsible for the research and development, trial production, and preparation and demonstration of process methods for the company's new products, as well as the preparation, demonstration, review, and business negotiation of technical and quality specifications for foreign-related international projects.
(3) Responsible for the formulation, implementation, guidance, and assessment of the company's product quality strategy, quality plan, quality policy, quality objectives, and related systems, as well as ensuring technical quality and cost control.
(4) Responsible for planning and organizing technical quality personnel to achieve high standards and requirements in completing third-party and customer system audits and other related qualification audits, as well as extending maintenance work.
(5) Responsible for maintaining effective communication with suppliers and outsourcing units, maintaining a good quality image of the company, conducting process inspections and reviews of product quality, and rectifying quality management deficiencies.
(6) Responsible for preparing quality management system documents, establishing and improving the safety production quality management system, organizing the preparation and revision of process methods, and ensuring the good operation of the quality management system.
(7) Responsible for developing the company's product quality risk management, identifying potential product quality and system risks through trend analysis, and developing emergency and product lifecycle quality management.
(8) Responsible for formulating and implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures for the company's product technology quality management, analyzing and resolving quality issues at various stages, and effectively identifying product quality risks; Efficiently handle quality incidents such as complaints and meetings, and impose penalties on those responsible for quality issues.
(9) Responsible for resolving quality issues of products in both domestic and international markets, maintaining product market reputation, leading various departments to discuss product quality issues, and effectively improving product quality management.
(10) Responsible for maintaining work coordination with relevant departments and units, following up and resolving quality issues in the production process and project operation, issuing rectification notices for potential non conformities, punishing responsible parties for quality problems, and organizing inspections of the implementation of quality rectification.
(11) Assist the superior leaders in the marketing planning, market development, quality management, technical services, and after-sales service of the company's products in both domestic and international markets.
(12) Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
4. Job requirements
(1) Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, metal materials and other engineering majors;
(2) Have at least five years of technical and quality on-site management experience in the machining industry of mechanical, metal materials, or wind power structural components;
(3) Have good English speaking and reading skills;
(4) Age 50 years old and below (born after January 1, 1975).
(5) Priority given to Communist Party members, with additional experience in participating in international project cases.
5. Basic conditions
