North Star Wind Power Network News: On February 21st, a procurement announcement was issued for wind turbines and ancillary equipment for the China Resources Weichang Chaoyang 200MW project, China Resources Weichang West Longtou 200MW wind power project, China Resources Qinghe 300MW wind power project 150MW market-oriented project, and Datang New Energy Lulong Lunan 60MW wind power project, with a total scale of 610MW.
On February 19th, a bidding was held for the procurement of wind turbines and ancillary equipment for the newly built 200MW wind power project in Datang Inner Mongolia Keyouzhong Banner and the Datang International Fengning Yuershan 200MW wind power project, with a total scale of 400MW. The single unit requirement for the newly built 200MW wind power project in Datang Inner Mongolia Keyouzhong Banner is 6.25MW ≤ single unit capacity ≤ 7.5MW; The single unit requirement for Datang International Fengning Yuershan 200MW wind power project is 6.7MW ≤ single unit capacity ≤ 8MW.
Recently, the bidding for new energy supporting energy storage leasing services for the Huaneng Daishan offshore wind power project was conducted. The approved capacity of the project is 306MW, and the required leasing capacity is 30.6MW/61.2MWh for grid side energy storage services. The details are as follows:
The announcement shows that the Tianzhen Shenneng 100000 kilowatt wind power project has a total installed capacity of 100MW. The main construction content includes the construction of a new 220kV booster station, synchronous configuration of a 3.3MW/3.3MWh energy storage system, and supporting ancillary facilities for 35kV power collection lines. The land acquisition work for this project has been completed (based on the foundation of 18 wind turbine equipment). Bidders are requested to make reasonable use of the 18 wind turbine locations.
Recently, Shanghai Electric released a tender announcement for the survey and design of the flexible DC transmission system engineering of the offshore wind power project at the North N2 site on the Shandong Peninsula. The planned installed capacity of this project is 900MW, with an offshore distance of approximately 67km from the center of the site and a water depth of 52-60m. It is planned to install 75 WTG252-12000 wind turbines.
On February 7th, Datang Group released the "Feasibility Study Report Preparation and Partial Field Consulting Services - March 2024 Datang Linhai Offshore Wind Power Project Bidding Announcement". The announcement shows that the Datang Linhai offshore wind power project is located in the eastern sea area of Linhai City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, with a total installed capacity of 500MW.
Recently, Inner Mongolia Energy Group has continuously issued bidding notices for 11 EPC general contracting projects, including the 500000 kW flexible green power supply demonstration project at Ganqimaodu Port in Inner Mongolia Energy Urad Middle Banner, the 1.5 MW wind storage base project in Inner Mongolia Energy Urad Middle Banner, and the 1 MW wind storage base guarantee project in Inner Mongolia Energy Urad Back Banner. Recently, State Power Investment Corporation of China issued a tender announcement for the ninth batch of centralized bidding for 2024 (the first batch of large-scale procurement of wind turbines and onshore high-power unit framework in 2024). According to the announcement, the first batch of large-scale procurement of wind turbines consists of 28 sections, with a total installed capacity of 3048.3MW and a reserve capacity of 5000MW, with a single unit capacity between 5-6.25MW.
The site of the Guoneng Hengshui Anping Phase I 100 MW wind power project is located in the southwest of Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. It is planned to install 16 single unit 6.25MW wind turbines with a construction capacity of 100MW; The impeller diameter shall not be less than 200 meters, each section of the tower shall not exceed 25 meters, and the hub height shall not be less than 160 meters. Recently, Changle, Fujian has initiated preliminary bidding for multiple offshore wind power projects, including the 650000 kilowatt offshore wind power project in Zone J of Changle offshore, the 300 MW offshore wind power project in Zone I (south) of Changle offshore, and the 100 MW offshore wind power project in Zone B (adjusted) of Changle offshore. The above projects are all the first batch of offshore wind power market competition configuration projects in Fujian Province in 2023, and they are planned to obtain approval/meet the approval conditions this year.
The general contracting for the 10MW decentralized wind power project in Wuchuan County and the 50MW decentralized wind power project in Wuchuan County is carried out by Inner Mongolia Qingcheng New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. The project units are Wuchuan Yifeng New Energy Co., Ltd. and Qingcheng (Wuchuan) New Energy Co., Ltd. The bidding agency is China Energy Construction Group Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for the general contracting of the project.
