On October 31st, Peng Ke, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Wei, Chairman of China Entropy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Jinhai's headquarters in Funing, Jiangsu.
