Xu Genlin carefully listened to the report on the relevant situation of the enterprise and solved the actual difficulties and problems encountered by the enterprise on site. He emphasized that the County Development and Reform Commission and Jinhai Group should seize the opportunity of the Jiangsu Province Wind Control Action to jointly promote the research and development, production, and sales of Jinhai Group's truss tower in Funing; To effectively solve the difficulties, bottlenecks, and pain points in the development process of enterprises, achieve the growth and strength of enterprises, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of the county's economy and society.

Peng Ke, Chairman of Jinhai Group, reported to Xu Genlin and his delegation on the current production, operation, and product technology innovation of Jinhai Group's enterprises in Funing, with a focus on introducing the progress of the research project truss tower in Funing. The truss tower is a collaborative project between Jinhai Co., Ltd. and Nabra Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Spain. It has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and is a key research and development project for intergovernmental international scientific and technological innovation cooperation (Guoke Jiaozi [2023] No. 5).

The truss tower technology can break down the obstacles that limit the height growth of wind turbine hubs, enabling high-power wind turbines to break through the height limit of 190 meters. It can greatly increase wind energy production in areas with low and ultra-low wind speeds, reduce wind power generation costs, and improve the technical level of China's wind power equipment, promoting the development of China's wind power industry. The smooth landing and subsequent mass production application of the truss tower industry will effectively promote the development of low wind speed wind power technology, drive the further improvement of the wind power equipment industry in Funing County, and bring significant social and economic benefits.
