Shanghai Electric 900MW Offshore Wind Power Project Related Bidding!

Recently, Shanghai Electric released a tender announcement for the survey and design of the flexible DC transmission system engineering of the offshore wind power project at the North N2 site on the Shandong Peninsula. The planned installed capacity of this project is 900MW, with an offshore distance of approximately 67km from the center of the site and a water depth of 52-60m. It is planned to install 75 WTG252-12000 wind turbines.

Scope of bidding:

(1) Scope of survey work:

1) Exploration: Exploration work for offshore wind turbine positions, offshore converter stations, onshore converter stations, and onshore cable routing (from landing point to onshore converter station).

2) Measurement: 1:2000 water depth topographic survey for the offshore field area and the 500m expansion area, 1:500 water depth topographic survey for the wind turbine position (centered on the wind turbine foundation, 400m * 400m range), 1:500 water depth topographic survey for the offshore converter station (centered on the station site, 500m * 500m range), and 1:500 terrain survey for the 500m wide strip area from the landing point to the onshore converter station.

3) Geophysical exploration: Conduct mid level stratigraphic profile exploration in the offshore field, with grid like layout of side lines, with a spacing of no more than 2km between measurement lines, and there should be measurement lines connected by wind turbines, with an effective penetration depth of no less than 100m below the seabed.

(2) Design scope of work:

The design scope includes but is not limited to: the design of flexible DC transmission systems, offshore converter station design, onshore converter station design, preliminary design of DC submarine cable design, construction drawing design, completion drawing preparation, and other design tasks throughout the entire process. The design work shall be completed in accordance with relevant national and power industry standards and content depth requirements. Meet the comprehensive requirements of the tenderer for engineering approval, construction preparation, construction, commissioning and completion acceptance, and audit.

1) Preliminary design stage: Prepare preliminary design principles, project preliminary design report, project design optimization report, project bidding technical document preparation, equipment selection, engineering quantity list and pricing preparation according to the requirements of the tenderer.

2) Construction drawing design stage: construction general layout, construction drawing design, design changes, and on-site design technical services (including but not limited to: participating in bid evaluation, review, technical liaison meetings, cooperating with standard production, safety design special section, occupational disease evaluation, project post evaluation, and special project acceptance, etc.).

3) Completion drawing stage: The depth of completion drawing preparation should meet the depth requirements of construction drawing design, and the content of completion drawing should be consistent with construction drawing design, design changes, construction acceptance records, commissioning records, etc. and reflected in the completion drawing.

4) Other necessary designs and services within the bidding scope of this project. The specific bidding scope shall be subject to the bidding technical specifications.
