Recently, State Power Investment Corporation of China issued a tender announcement for the ninth batch of centralized bidding for 2024 (the first batch of large-scale procurement of wind turbines and onshore high-power unit framework in 2024).

According to the announcement:

The first batch of large-scale procurement of wind turbines consists of 28 sections, with a total installed capacity of 3048.3MW and a reserve capacity of 5000MW, with a single unit capacity between 5-6.25MW.

There are a total of 8 sections for the framework of onshore high-power units with a capacity of 7MW and above, with a total installed capacity of 4000MW. The 1-4 sections consist of 7-10MW wind turbines, and the 5-8 sections consist of 10MW and above wind turbines.
