On March 14th, the Jinhai Lecture Hall held its first lecture on the "Notice on Deepening the Marketization Reform of New Energy Grid Electricity Prices and Promoting the High quality Development of New Energy" (NDRC Price [2025] No. 136), conducting training to enhance the understanding of the new situation in the electricity market among all staff and strengthen research on new investment and operation development models in new energy projects. More than 100 people from various departments and units of the company participated in this training both online and offline.

The training invited Professor Gong Zhaoyu, Technical Director (Partner) of Shanghai Lvsi Shu Innovative Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Gong provided in-depth and superficial introductions and explanations on key points such as policy interpretation, analysis of the new energy market environment, and suggestions for high-quality development of new energy enterprises, combined with the team's academic research results. The teaching content was rich and the on-site atmosphere was lively.

Professor Gong Zhaoyu, a master's degree holder from the University of Hong Kong, has ten years of experience in electricity market design consulting, electricity trading, and grid operation. He has worked in power grid dispatching, Qingneng Interconnection, and Yuanjing Intelligence, and participated in the writing of electricity market rules in multiple regions including Guangdong and Mengxi. He is responsible for the construction of technical support systems for multi power market and power grid dispatching.
