On May 17th, the one-year anniversary celebration of the Wind Power Hybrid Tower Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association arrived as scheduled, and industry experts and scholars gathered together to discuss and exchange new directions for the future of Chinese hybrid towers. Peng Ke, Chairman of Jinhai Group, and Huang Zhangyu, General Manager, were invited to attend the event.

The event is hosted by the Wind Power Mixed Tower Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association, and organized by Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Research Concrete (Mulei) Building Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Tianshan High tech Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Fengling New Energy Co., Ltd.

The activity mainly focuses on the key issues of the mixed tower industry, including the progress of production technology regulations and concrete quality control, the preparation of mixed tower installation acceptance standards and lifting quality control, the key points of mixed tower maintenance and the preparation of maintenance technology regulations, the risk prevention and control plan for the entire life cycle of wind power mixed towers, and the prestressed system of mixed towers, to conduct discussions and share experiences.

The Wind Power Hybrid Tower Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association was established in 2023. It is composed of enterprises and institutions, educational and research institutions, and relevant social organizations in the wind power hybrid tower industry nationwide. The purpose of the branch is to safeguard the interests of member units and the industry, and to build a bridge between enterprises and governments. We will carry out technical exchanges and collaborative innovations around the design of the shape, structure, and machinery of the mixed tower, quality control and performance improvement of concrete and new materials, production process and quality management of tower components, innovative breakthroughs in construction equipment and processes, and monitoring and maintenance technology of the mixed tower. We will continue to promote the application of mixed tower products, formulate relevant standards, conduct industry research, academic exchange and promotion activities, and take improving the quality of mixed tower engineering as our mission to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the onshore wind power mixed tower industry.

Jinhai Concrete Tower Production and Manufacturing Base: Jinhai Concrete Tower Production Base is distributed in East China, Northeast China, Northwest China and other regions. The existing concrete tower manufacturing bases mainly include Jiangsu Funing Base, Inner Mongolia Baotou Base, Anhui Mengcheng Base, Gansu Gulang Base, etc. In addition, the Shaanxi Xi'an Sai, Heilongjiang Zhaodong, and Xinjiang Jimunai concrete tower manufacturing bases are under construction. Each manufacturing base has an annual design capacity of approximately 1000 units, with complete production and design capabilities, and utilizes the bases to radiate the national wind power market.
