The 2013 Tongji University Department of Architecture and Engineering Scholarship Awards Ceremony was held on the afternoon of December 20, 2013 in Room A101 of the Civil Engineering Building. Professor Tong Lewei, the head of the Department of Architecture and Engineering, Associate Professor Luo Lie, the Secretary of the Department's Party Branch, Professor Qian Aimin, the Deputy Secretary of the Department's Party Branch, Associate Professor Chen Suwen, the Deputy Director of the Department's Building Structure Research Institute, Professor He Minjuan, the Director of the Higher Education Department of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and twenty representatives of distinguished guests from various award-winning units attended the award ceremony. The award ceremony was presided over by Senior Engineer Wu Shuigen, the Deputy Director of the Department of Architecture and Engineering. Among them, 42 students received the "Jinhai" scholarship sponsored by "Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", and Chairman Yang Zhou personally attended and presented awards to the award-winning students.
