On the afternoon of September 27th, coinciding with the approaching Mid Autumn Festival and National Day, Jinhai Group organized a third quarter safety production and integrity education work conference, deeply implementing the spirit of national and local provincial, municipal, and county-level government safety production conferences and related documents, firmly grasping the initiative of safety production work, implementing various safety production tasks, strengthening employee integrity awareness, and effectively creating a safe, stable, and clean festival atmosphere. The meeting was chaired by the Party branch secretary Shi Hui. The meeting emphasized:

1、 Enhance awareness and strengthen inspections. Adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention oriented, and comprehensive management", firmly establish the ideological awareness of "people-oriented, safety first", conscientiously carry out safety inspections and pre holiday safety education for employees, strictly follow the principle of "safety must be managed in business management, and safety must be managed in production and operation management", with the participation of leaders in charge and department heads, and the collaboration of full-time safety management personnel, to ensure that the safety production hazard investigation work of each unit and project department is implemented, and to eliminate accident hazards in the bud.

2、 Raise awareness and build a strong defense line. All employees should fully understand the importance and necessity of doing a good job in integrity and self-discipline during the "Two Festivals" period, abide by the bottom line of integrity, continuously enhance their awareness of compliance with laws and regulations, effectively build a strong ideological defense line, and always tighten the string of integrity and self-discipline.

3、 Strengthen responsibility and ensure effective implementation. Team leaders and management personnel at or above each position should conscientiously fulfill their "dual responsibilities", consciously lead the team and lead by superiors, conscientiously implement the main responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities within their respective areas of responsibility, educate and guide employees, party members, and cadres to regulate clean and honest professional behavior, and build a good atmosphere of clean and law-abiding behavior.

4、 Highlight key areas and concentrate on rectification. Key inspections will be conducted on the provision of fire-fighting facilities and equipment, the smoothness of fire-fighting passages, the hygiene status of the premises, the operation of equipment, and the implementation of safety production responsibilities. For safety hazards discovered during the investigation, a rectification ledger should be established, the rectification time limit should be clearly defined, the person responsible for rectification should be identified, and the rectification results should be reported to the main person in charge of safety production work.

At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized to fully carry out pre holiday safety inspections and effectively build a strong safety defense line. Safety work is the lifeline of all work. We must, from the perspective of ensuring stability and promoting development, constantly sound the alarm, persistently grasp the source management, and carefully investigate hidden dangers. All employees should effectively shoulder the dual responsibilities of safety production and integrity, continue to do a good job in safety production publicity and education, improve the safety awareness of employees, strengthen safety production supervision and inspection, implement various safety prevention measures, ensure the stability of the enterprise's safety production situation, and welcome the Double Festival.
