The first employee technology innovation and innovation achievement collection and selection activity of Jinhai Group was jointly organized by the Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Trade Union Committee and Jinhai Group R&D Management Center. The purpose of the activity is to stimulate the innovation activity of employees, widely promote their technological innovation achievements, and promote the in-depth development of employee technology innovation activities.

1、 Event duration: May 15th to June 15th, 2023

2、 Form of achievements: The technical achievements of inventions, creations, design optimizations, equipment renovations, technological innovations and innovations, improvements, suggestions, patents, etc. carried out by employees and outsourced units (workshops) of Jinhai Group and its subsidiaries in their work can all participate in the collection.

3、 Participation method: There are no restrictions on the form of participation, and individuals, departments, or teams can participate freely. The results can be filled out in the application form according to the requirements and sent to the designated email.

4、 Award settings:

Two special prizes with a prize of 30000 to 50000 yuan

2-5 first prizes, with a prize of 20000 to 30000 yuan

3-5 second prizes, with prizes ranging from 10000 to 20000 yuan

3-5 third prizes each, with a bonus of 5000 to 10000 yuan

Several participating awards, with a bonus of 1000 yuan
