From May 16th to 18th, Zhang Zhengqiang, Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of Three Gorges Capital Company, led a team to conduct on-site research on the Jiangsu subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhai Co., Ltd."), a joint venture enterprise. Through listening to reports, conducting on-site inspections, conducting evaluation interviews, and reviewing materials, a comprehensive review of Jinhai Co., Ltd.'s production and operation was conducted, a list of problems was compiled, management opinions were formed, and further strengthening the post investment management of Jinhai Co., Ltd.

The research team fully affirmed the achievements of Jinhai Group in recent years. As an important shareholder of Three Gorges Capital, Jinhai Group has multiple independent intellectual property rights in the fields of reverse balance flanges, prestressed anchor bolts, concrete tower tubes, etc. The mixed tower business has developed rapidly in recent years, with a steady increase in market share, ranking among the top three in the industry. The research team pointed out that the current wind turbine manufacturing industry is affected by the overall external environment and faces a severe and complex situation. Jinhai Group needs to systematically sort out the problems existing in the development of the enterprise, further optimize the business model, and take multiple measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for work and entrepreneurship, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of the company's operations.

The research team requires that Jinhai Group further standardize the corporate governance structure, strengthen internal management and effective control, and continuously optimize and improve incentive and constraint mechanisms; We must attach great importance to work related to safety production, further consolidate responsibilities, strengthen measures, and strictly implement them, firmly guarding the bottom line and red line of safety production; We need to increase our efforts in market development and resource acquisition, strive to be the leading unit in formulating industry standards, seize the opportunity for the development of concrete towers in the wind power market, actively integrate existing resources, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in various work, adding glory to sustained high-quality development.
