China's high-quality power engineering is the highest honor for the engineering quality of China's power construction industry. The construction quality of China's high-quality power engineering represents the advanced level of the same period and similar industries in China. The total installed capacity of the Zaocun Wind Farm project in Datang Huaxian County is 300MW. With the strong support of the company's leadership and the joint efforts of all employees in the project department, the goal of Datang Huaxian Wind Power Company's first wind turbine being put into operation by the end of 2018 has been successfully achieved, which has been recognized and praised by Datang Huaxian Company.

The Datang Huaxian Zaocun Wind Farm project is also the first step in the mass production and promotion of Jinhai concrete towers to the domestic market. It is also the first project in China to put concrete towers into mass production and use in low wind speed areas, laying a solid foundation for the development of the domestic wind power concrete tower industry. At the same time, it won the first prize of 2019 China Electric Power Construction Science and Technology Progress Award. This project has overcome a series of design and construction difficulties, and its smooth production has effectively improved the manufacturing level and innovation ability of Jinhai concrete towers and wind power equipment, achieving the localization, large-scale production, and Jinhai manufacturing of concrete towers in China. It has created an industry benchmark from "prototype testing" in Funing, Jiangsu to "boutique demonstration" in Huaxian, Henan.
