Project Overview: The Datang Henan Huaxian Project is located in Huaxian County, a directly managed county in Henan Province. The county is located in the northern part of Henan Province, in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, adjacent to Puyang, Anyang, Hebi, and Xinxiang. The area belongs to a temperate continental monsoon climate with distinct four seasons, rainy and hot seasons, and diverse weather hotspots. Generally, it is cold and dry in winter, windy and dry in spring, hot and rainy in summer, and abundant sunshine in autumn. According to long-term observation data from Huaxian Meteorological Station, the annual average temperature is 13.6 ℃, the extreme highest temperature is 41.7 ℃, the extreme lowest temperature is -21.7 ℃, the average wind speed is 2.4m/s, and the maximum wind speed is 22m/s. The dominant wind direction in winter and spring is north wind, and the dominant wind direction in summer and autumn is south wind.

This project is the first and largest plain wind farm in China that uses all mixed towers.
