Successfully held the "2015 Jinhai Technology and Innovation Seminar and Intelligent Production Plan Review Meeting"

On November 15, 2015, from 8:30 to 19:00, Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the "Jinhai 2015 Technology and Innovation Seminar and Intelligent Production Plan Review Meeting" in Jinhai, Jiangsu. General Manager Yang Zhou, middle-level and above leaders of the company, Professor Ma Renle and his expert team from Tongji University, and leaders of intelligent equipment research and development units attended the meeting. The meeting focused on promoting the rapid and healthy development of enterprises, enhancing their technological level and innovation capabilities, implementing the spirit of "Made in China 2025", and organically integrating management, technology, production, products, and business to create a sunshine factory and achieve intelligent manufacturing. The following four topics were extensively discussed:

1、 Review of MES Manufacturing Enterprise Production Process Execution Management System Scheme

Liu Bo, a consultant for MES system supplier Yichang Company, introduced Yichang Company's products and main services, as well as Jinhai Group's future development plans for information technology and intelligent manufacturing, to the attending leaders. The MES system will achieve a basic mode transformation from centralized control to decentralized enhanced control under the existing automation technology and architecture, enabling seamless communication between devices from sensors to the Internet, thereby establishing a highly flexible, personalized and digital production mode that integrates products and services. In this mode, production automation technology can make equipment more intelligent and better assist workers in completing production through self diagnosis, self adjustment, and various functional software, achieving the goal of "building a transparent factory and achieving intelligent manufacturing".

Future intelligence will be the development trend of the manufacturing industry, involving every aspect of the company's operation. As a leader in the structural design direction of the new energy field, Jinhai Group has also introduced the concept of intelligent manufacturing into production, leading the industry's progress as the next development goal.

2、 Review of the overall solution for flange and anchor plate welding robots

The representative of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Pengli Intelligent Equipment System Co., Ltd. recommended the "reverse balance flange automatic welding equipment" and "prestressed anchor plate automatic welding equipment" solutions to the company's leadership. Mainly introduce the functions, selection, and automated manufacturing process of the proposed equipment. At present, the automatic welding function of flanges and anchor plates has been preliminarily implemented.

The feasibility of the plan was extensively discussed in the meeting, and further improvements will be made to the plan in accordance with product quality requirements, in order to identify suitable processes for automated production.

3、 Exchange on offshore wind turbine foundation design

Professor Ma Renle from Tongji Jinhai Wind Power Structure Research and Development Center discussed and exchanged ideas with company leaders on "offshore wind turbine foundation design". The foundation of the company's reverse balance flange and prestressed anchor bolt combination has achieved good economic and social benefits. Only through continuous innovation can the enterprise stand invincible, change social labor time through innovative design, reduce resource waste, and create benefits for the enterprise. At present, Professor Ma's team and the company's R&D department have jointly developed and designed four types of offshore wind turbine foundations, which can adapt to different water depths and seabed conditions, and greatly save costs and construction costs. These technologies will provide a safer, more reliable, convenient, and low-cost basic guarantee for the construction of offshore wind farms.

4、 Proposal on Technology and Innovation Seminars for Various Departments (Units) of Jinhai Group

Mao Zhiqiang, Lu Ping, Zhang Rui, Qi Jinglu, Chen Xiaohui, Zhao Yongqi, Song Xiangdong, and other leaders respectively proposed innovative proposals for factory construction, administration, after-sales, technology, quality, equipment, and other aspects. The meeting made five agreements, including adding innovation incentive systems and after-sales service systems.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang made a concluding speech, stating that our product design is advanced, and we must manufacture products with first-class quality. We should start with company management, strengthen the training of professional skills and literacy for employees, and control quality from the root. In the future, we need to increase our continuous investment and attention in research and development, so that Jinhai's products and technology will always be at the forefront and high-end!

The topics of this seminar are focused, with diverse perspectives and in-depth discussions. While maintaining a high academic level, particular emphasis is placed on product implementation process design. After each proposal report is completed, a Q&A session is arranged, where participants and presenters discuss the content, express their opinions freely, and some discussions are quite lively, resulting in the need to extend the meeting time. During the tea break during the meeting, everyone's communication also continued. This seminar has effectively broadened our horizons, pointed out the path for the future development of enterprises, and achieved the expected results.
