Recently, the first 170 meter steel-concrete tower wind turbine in the mountainous area of the 100MW wind power project in Jianzhong Town, Weng'an County, Jinhai Group, was connected to the grid for power generation. This project is the first large-scale application of 170 meter precast concrete tower structures in complex mountainous areas in China, marking Jinhai Group's complete system practice from design to production, installation, and grid connection of ultra-high steel-concrete tower structures in complex mountainous environments.

The 100MW wind power project in Jianzhong Town, Weng'an County started factory construction in May 2024 and production began in June. After 120 days of intensive organization, all production was completed and the first batch of grid connection was finally achieved within the year. The successful implementation of the first 170 meter mountain mixed tower has won the favor of more customers. In recent years, the company has taken the lead in the domestic prestressed mixed tower market, having installed and operated nearly a thousand wind turbines connected to the grid. It has established good cooperative relationships with mainstream wind turbine manufacturers in China, with unit capacities ranging from 3. XMW to 8. XMW. At present, the company is developing and designing truss tower structures over 190 meters in height, and key components have entered the trial production stage. This technology has broken all obstacles that limit the height growth of wind turbine hubs, enabling high-power wind turbines to overcome current height limitations and promote the development of China's wind power industry.

The 16 6.25MW units in this project are all equipped with Jinhai precast concrete towers, with an annual power generation of approximately 216.38GW. h, which can save about 66200 tons of standard coal per year. Correspondingly, it can reduce the exhaust emissions caused by coal combustion each year, including 40.55 tons of sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions, 42.28 tons of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions, 181700 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and 8.24 tons of smoke emissions. Compared to the 140 meter hybrid tower unit, the 170 meter hybrid tower will increase its power generation by 6.2%, thanks to its high yield and stability, to repay customers' trust.
