On October 16th to 17th, the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association Wind Power Engineering Branch Damaoqi Project Observation Meeting and the Fourth President's Meeting, as well as the Second First Member's Meeting, were held in the Bayan Obo Mining Area of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was invited, and Liu Yuan, Chief Engineer of Jinhai Tongji Wind Power Structure Research and Development Center, represented the company at the conference.

At the meeting, Liu Yuan gave a presentation titled "Jingneng Kangbao Zhangbei Wind Power Project - Wind Power Hybrid Tower Construction Technology Exchange and Wind Power Hybrid Tower Construction Experience Exchange". The Jingneng Kangbao Zhangbei Wind Power Project, as a supporting infrastructure for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, is also an important component of the Zhangjiakou Beijing 1200MW renewable clean heating project. Among them, 33 tower frames were made of fully prestressed concrete tower frames with segmented straight towers from Jinhai. From raw material selection to prefabrication and production of cylinder sections, lifting of cylinder sections, and tensioning of steel strands, Jinhai strictly controlled all aspects and ultimately completed the supply of tower frames on time and with high quality.

The Jingneng Kangbao Zhangbei wind power project has applied multiple key technologies from Jinhai Group, which has won the first prize of the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of the Engineering Construction Enterprise Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition.
