Connection technology of prestressed anchor bolt assembly between tower and foundation

In response to the stiffness, strength mutation, and durability issues of the foundation ring, prestressed anchor bolts are used to connect the tower and foundation.

1. The anchor bolt runs through the entire height of the foundation and is anchored to the bottom plate of the foundation through a lower anchor plate. The structure is continuous, without stiffness or strength changes;

3. Using a hydraulic double cylinder high-strength bolt tensioner to apply accurate pre tension to the anchor bolts, the upper and lower anchor plates exert pressure on the reinforced concrete. When the foundation is subjected to bending, the compressive stress on the windward side of the concrete is released but always in a compressed state.
