Recently, China Electric Power Construction Beijing Institute successfully won the EPC general contracting project for Guohua Investment Guohua (Hami) New Energy Co., Ltd. Mayitas Wind Farm 49.5 MW Renovation+50 MW Capacity Expansion Project, and Guodian Zhungeer Banner Guodian New Energy Co., Ltd. 600000 kW Wind Power Base Project Section 1 200000 kW EPC Project.

The EPC general contracting project for the 49.5 MW renovation and 50 MW capacity expansion project of Mayitas Wind Farm plans to dismantle 66 S48-750 wind turbine units and their supporting facilities from the original 49.5 MW project, renovate the original 110 kV booster station complex building, renovate the internal primary and secondary equipment of the original booster station, and reinstall 12 wind turbine units with a single unit capacity of 8.34 MW. This is one of the few "replacing small with large" renovation projects in the industry. The 50 MW capacity expansion project plans to build 6 new 8.34 MW wind turbines with a single unit capacity.

The 600000 kilowatt wind power project of Guodian Zhunge'er Banner is the second batch of large-scale wind and photovoltaic base projects with a focus on deserts, Gobi, and desert areas in China. It is a supporting project for the 1000 kV ultra-high voltage AC transmission channel from western Mongolia to southern Tianjin. The project is located in Taohai Sumu, Zhunge'er, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and plans to install 96 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 6.25 MW, with a total capacity of 600 MW. This project is planned to be divided into three sections, and the first section (200000 kilowatt power project EPC) will be awarded this time.
