On June 2, 2014, our company successfully installed and accepted the anchor bolt assembly products for the BLAIKEN Wind Power Plant Phase III Project exported to Sweden. Considering that the owner of this project is using our anchor bolt assembly product for the first time, the company has established a dedicated after-sales service team and dispatched a researcher from the technical research and development department, Ma Yihu, to guide and track the various processes of inspection, lifting, installation, positioning, and acceptance of anchor bolt assembly products. The installation and technical knowledge transfer have been completed well and quickly, and the company's products and services have received unanimous praise from the owner and host factory!
The basic prestressed anchor plate anchor bolt assembly is a patented product jointly developed by our company and Tongji University in Shanghai, mainly used for wind power tower foundations. Unlike ordinary wind turbine tower foundation rings, the prestressed anchor bolt assembly is composed of upper and lower anchor plates, anchor bolts, and anchor bolt matching parts, which avoids the strength and stiffness mutation problems that exist in the connection between the foundation ring and the tower drum. Its durability is improved, the overall integrity of the foundation is good, and construction is convenient. Applying pre tension to the anchor bolts fully utilizes the compressive strength of concrete, with reasonable stress, no weak links, and high safety. Suitable foundation structures can be selected based on different geological conditions and wind zone categories of wind farms, in order to reduce concrete consumption and save social resources. The prestressed anchor bolt runs through the entire height of the foundation and directly reaches the bottom plate of the foundation, with good overall integrity and no weak links; Using a high-strength bolt hydraulic tensioner to apply accurate pre tension to the anchor bolts, the upper and lower anchor plates exert pressure on the reinforced concrete. When the foundation is bent, the compressive stress of the concrete is released but always in a compressed state, without cracks appearing. The breakthrough in the technology of prestressed anchor bolt assembly products and the improvement of structural technology have enriched the types of wind power structures, reduced resource losses, lowered the construction and operation costs of wind power, reduced the risk of tower collapse, improved the safety and quality of wind turbines, changed the development mode of wind power, promoted its sustainable development, and achieved considerable economic benefits.
The BLAIKEN wind power plant exported this time will have a total of 100 wind turbines and a total installed capacity of about 250MW after completion, making it one of the largest wind power plants in Europe. This project is the first export of wind power equipment designed and manufactured by a local Chinese company to the Swedish electricity market, reflecting our company's pioneering spirit and technological research and development strength, and pushing our company towards a broader development space!
